Wednesday, February 1: Dr. David Green is doing a six-week Wednesday night class through February, meeting in the first floor library (Room 110), at 6:45 p.m., after the Wednesday Night Potluck Supper (6:00 p.m.) Topic is "What We Believe," speaking about changes happening now in the Presbyterian Church and to explain the "alphabet soup" of groups & agencies that has developed in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) in recent years.
Thursday, February 2: Galveston Reads discussion group at First Presbyterian, 6:00 p.m., led by Joan Hyatt. This year's Galveston Reads book is the novel Still Alice, by Lisa Genova.
